The Loft Family Camp

August 25 -28, 2022

Metzler Park

24526 S Metzler Park Rd.

Estacada, OR 97023

Some of the camp activities include:

  • S'mores Wars
  • Talent Show
  • Children's Activities
  • Baptisms

We will be camping at the beautiful Metzler Park this year, located along the banks of Clear Creek in Estacada. The park provides for a variety of outdoor activities, including horseshoes, softball, swimming, camping, hiking, and fishing.

The swimming hole can be accessed by a 0.1-mile easy trail from the parking area. You just need to follow "Swimming Hole" signs. The route runs through a suspension bridge over Clear Creek and then on the right along the creek. This trail eventually forks into two directing you to a serene sand and rock small beach on the creek bend. This spot is ideally suited for those looking for an isolated place by the river for wading, swimming, and fishing. The lower trails in the park, on both sides of Clear Creek, form a 20-stop nature trail that identifies native plant species
